We want to offer you the most pleasant experience possible, so please read and take into account the following rules and information when making a reservation at Moonstone Apartments, Str. Toma Cozma 92, Iași.

PACURARI APARTMENTS SRL. with its registered office in str. Bucium, no. 34, sectia II, cam. 5, et. 1, registered with the Trade Register under no. J22/2983/2021, with tax code RO44858023, as the owner of the website www.moonstoneapartments.com, reserves the right to modify or update the content of this website, as well as the Reservation Policy, at any time, without any prior notice.

 

MAKING A RESERVATION

By making a reservation on our website, as well as on partner platforms, you agree to both the reservation policy and the terms and conditions that apply to the stay, all of which have the value of a contract. Checking availability and directly booking a stay at Moonstone Apartments is done on our online booking platform: www.moonstoneapartments.com.

Confirmation of the reservation of an accommodation unit or a special offer is made by an automatic email with the details of the reservation, sent to the email address provided in the online booking process. Please make sure that you enter a correct email address.

The displayed rates may change at any time (in the sense of increasing or decreasing them), depending on the period, the degree of occupancy or certain special offers applied (Early Booking, Last Minute, etc.).

 

PAYMENT POLICY

Please carefully check the details of the chosen booking type before making and confirming your reservation at Moonstone Apartments.

NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation:

The total amount of the stay is paid in full at the time of booking. If you use a debit/credit card, the payment is made online through the payment processor EuPlătesc.ro and is processed instantly, securely, directly from the credit/debit card provided (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro etc.).

The reservation is considered confirmed only when the payment is approved, the payment confirmation being made through an automatic message (receipt) with the reservation details and the amount paid.

Any change or cancellation of the stay entails the loss of the payment made in advance

 

RESERVATION MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION

The client can cancel the reservation within 48 hours of making the reservation. Outside this period, the penalty is 100%.

For clients who do not show up for the accommodation on the day of check-in (according to the confirmed reservation), the reservation will be canceled in full and the value of the entire stay will be retained.

GROUP BOOKINGS

In the case of group reservations, we will be provided with a rooming list up to 7 days before arrival (check-in) that will include the name, email address and phone number for each guest to be accommodated.

The group reservation holder is materially liable for any individual cancellation, as well as for any damage caused during the entire period of the stay.

 

ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE POLICY

The room reception (check-in) is made starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out is made anytime until 11:00 AM.
